Truthfulness: When Our Words Become Part of Our Worship

What does it mean to worship a God of truth in the way we live and treat one another?

There is something reassuring about people whose words we can trust. We need not second-guess their intentions or wonder whether we have heard the whole story.

Yet honesty becomes more challenging when the truth might cost us something. An exaggerated achievement, a convenient excuse or a half-truth to avoid conflict can seem harmless.

Lying is deliberately communicating what we believe to be false to mislead someone.

The revelation

A name written into the pattern.

The name D.N.A. began with the sequence 10 — 5 — 6 — 5, a pattern found within the structure of human DNA.

In Hebrew gematria, these values correspond to Yod, He, Vav, He — together spelling יהוה, YHWH, the sacred Name. It is a picture of the Creator’s signature woven into the fabric of who we are.

That revelation shaped the heart of DNA Worship: a calling to carry His nature through the songs we write, the worship we offer, and the lives we live. His DNA is not only in a ministry name; it is a reminder that we were made to reflect Him.
